1. Data Collection

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, organization details) and GST-related data you upload or sync through the platform (GSTINs, invoices, returns, filings).

2. Use of Data

Your data is used to provide GST compliance services including reconciliation, filing preparation, ITC computation, and AI-powered analysis. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with: (a) GST Portal via authorized API access for filing and data retrieval, (b) integrated accounting platforms (Zoho Books, Tally) as authorized by you, and (c) AI processing services for compliance analysis.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging, and regular security reviews. All GST credentials are encrypted and never stored in plaintext.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days. GST compliance records may be retained for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax law.
